There are no plans to do this right now. It is always possible for instructors to post a message to individual students that they see are falling below the suggested level of proficiency, but this isn't automated. Students and Instructors can also check the various Reports to get an idea of personal/class/individual student performance. They can also view students on the Groups page in descending order of overall score to get an idea of which students are falling into the lower grade levels.
