The deviation column shows student performance relative to mean. For above average student, the green bar to the right of average line will be displayed, whereas for below average student, a red bar to the left of the average line will be displayed. The comparison to class average is comparison of a student’s overall average Proficiency in ORION compared to the class average Proficiency for the selected objective. A deviation to the right indicates the student is performing better than the class average.
